In March, we looked at the six N26 TOK essay titles, and discussed their challenges and opportunities. Below you can purchase the event debrief, giving you links to the video recording and presentation.
The webinar lasted 90 minutes, and as well as focusing on the titles, also offered a lot of food for thought on how to oversee the task, and use AI in an ‘ethical and effective’ way.
Watch the N26 TOK Essay Webinar
The webinar looks at key terms in the titles, challenges and difficulties they represent, concepts and thinkers they align to, and possible approaches to planning and writing each one, whilst very much encouraging students to create their own personalised final product.
We also discussed the thorny issue of AI-usage, offering 8 rules for drawing on AI effectively and ethically. Finally, we considered other aspects of overseeing the essay, to make your students feel supported and empowered – rather than overwhelmed – by the essay writing process.
Even if you are doing the May titles (next ones released in September 2026), this is useful resource to help you prepare for the essay, and how to support your students.
