Payment information
There are a range of ways in which you can pay for membership to the site. The easiest way is to head to our secure payment portal, and use a credit card. This will get you and your school set up in a few seconds. But there are other options, which we explain below.
Payment options
Click on the icons to take you to either our payment portals, or to the contact page where you can get in touch to arrange payment. Note that we are proud customers of Triodos Bank, an ethical bank based in Bristol, UK.
Credit card payment
All our resources and services are electronic and online, so our transaction method of choice is by credit card, which we organize through Stripe, an online payment company we have chosen for their reliability and security. This method will set you up with a membership within a few seconds.
Payment by phone
We are happy to accept payments made by credit card over the phone. You will need to have your credit card details ready for us to process your order in this way. Use the contact form below to arrange a time to call us, as it’s always a little tricky to align different time zones.
Bank transfer
Some schools prefer to pay by direct bank transfer, and we are happy to supply our details to institutions wanting to pay for resources this way. Just get in touch, and we will issue you with an invoice, which you can pass on to your finance department or office responsible for purchases.
Purchase orders
We also accept POs, as long as payments are made within 90 days. If you want to buy membership using a PO, let us know by using the form below. We will issue you with an invoice, and explain the details we need to organize a purchase order. Note that POs cannot be settled by US Dollar cheques.
Payment by cheque
If you are based in the UK, or have a UK bank account, we also accept Pound Sterling cheques (we do not currently accept US Dollar cheques, or cheques in other currencies). Again, get in touch with us, and we will provide you with our banking details.
