Payment options
Credit card payment
Our resources are electronic, so our transaction method of choice is by credit card, which we organize through Stripe. The purchase process can be done within a few seconds. The payment portal is here.
Payment by phone
We are happy to accept payments made by credit card over the phone. Have your credit card details ready for us to process your order in this way. Use the contact form to arrange a time to call us, as it’s always a little tricky to align different time zones.
Bank transfer
Get in touch, and we will issue you with an invoice, which you can pass on to your finance department.
Purchase orders
We also accept POs, as long as payments are made within 90 days. If you want to buy membership using a PO, let us know by using the form above. Note that POs cannot be settled by US Dollar cheques.
Payment by cheque
We no longer accept payment made by cheque, regardless of your location.
Refunds
Because of the nature of our downloadable resources, we do not usually offer refunds. Note that if you pay by credit card, your membership will auto-renew. But we are more than happy to turn off this feature – just let us know, and we’ll sort that out quickly.
